You can pay securely online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or debit card; every card payment runs through the PayTR secure payment infrastructure with 256-bit SSL encryption and 3D Secure verification, and your card details are never stored by us. If you prefer, you can also order by bank transfer through our WhatsApp line.

Orders are handed to the courier within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your city. Every order ships insured, and your tracking number is emailed to you with the order confirmation.

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. The returned piece must be in its original packaging, unused and undamaged. Custom (made-to-order) pieces are outside the scope of returns. To start a return, reach us through our WhatsApp line or our contact form.

The vast majority of the gold pieces in our collection are made in 22K. Some of our special designs are also offered in 14K and 18K. The karat is stated clearly on every product page, and each piece carries the fineness hallmark of the Turkish State Mint (Darphane).

Gold prices follow the international gold spot price set moment by moment on world markets, together with the Turkish lira / dollar / euro exchange rates. Product prices on our site are refreshed several times a day to reflect the market, so a price can move within the same day. The price at the moment you order is locked in when the order is confirmed.

You can pay in up to 3 installments by credit card; instalment counts on jewellery are capped by regulation. Gold coins (quarter, half, full) and bullion bars, however, cannot legally be paid in instalments — these are paid in a single charge or by bank transfer. The current options appear automatically at the payment step.

Yes — every gold piece we sell is inspected and hallmarked by the Turkish State Mint. The karat stamp and weight are stated on each product page; please keep the documents that come with your piece somewhere safe.

Yes! Every order ships in a Paksoy Kuyumculuk branded box. You can add your gift message in the order note field at checkout, and if you would like a special gift presentation, just message us on WhatsApp.

At the moment we ship within Türkiye only. Shipping to Europe and the United States is being prepared and we will announce it on our site once it opens. If you would like to order from abroad, message us on WhatsApp and we will let you know as soon as we are ready.

Absolutely! We offer a bespoke design service. Just share your design or a reference image and we have the piece made for you by the Kahramanmaraş workshops we partner with. To place a custom order, contact us through the form and select the "Custom Order" subject. Design and production usually take 2–4 weeks.
