You can pay securely online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or debit card; every card payment runs through the PayTR secure payment infrastructure with 256-bit SSL encryption and 3D Secure verification, and your card details are never stored by us. If you prefer, you can also order by bank transfer through our WhatsApp line.

Your order is handed to the courier within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Delivery itself usually takes 1–3 business days depending on your city. Every order is shipped insured. Your tracking number is sent to your email address together with the order confirmation.

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. The returned piece must be in its original packaging, unused and undamaged. Custom (made-to-order) pieces are outside the scope of returns. To start a return, reach us through our WhatsApp line or our contact form.

The vast majority of the gold pieces in our collection are made in 22K. Some of our special designs are also offered in 14K and 18K. The karat is stated clearly on every product page, and each piece carries the fineness hallmark of the Turkish State Mint (Darphane).

Gold prices follow the international gold spot price set moment by moment on world markets, together with the Turkish lira / dollar / euro exchange rates. Product prices on our site are refreshed several times a day to reflect the market, so a price can move within the same day. The price at the moment you order is locked in when the order is confirmed.

You can pay by credit card in up to 3 installments. The number of installments on jewelry is capped by Turkish regulation; the current options are shown automatically at the payment step.

Yes — every gold piece we sell is inspected and hallmarked by the Turkish State Mint (Darphane ve Damga İdaresi). Pieces set with diamonds are delivered with an internationally recognized GIA or HRD certificate. Please keep the certificates that come with your jewelry somewhere safe.

Yes! Every order ships in a branded Paksoy Kuyumculuk box. A free gift wrap option is also available; tick "Gift Wrap" on the cart page to have your gift presented specially. You can add your gift note in the order notes field.

Yes, we ship by international courier to many countries in Europe and North America. International shipping costs and delivery times vary from country to country. For an international order, please get in touch through our WhatsApp line or our contact form. Customs duties and taxes are payable by the recipient.

Absolutely! We offer a made-to-order jewelry service. Just share your design or the image that inspired you; our expert jewelers will design and craft a piece to your wishes. For a custom order, pick the "Custom Order / Made to Order" subject on our contact form and get in touch. Design and production usually take 2–4 weeks.
