1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("the Terms") form the basis of the agreement concluded between Paksoy Kuyumculuk (hereinafter "the Company") and any natural or legal person who accesses the Site, places an order, purchases products and/or makes use of the services (hereinafter "the User" or "the Customer"), in relation to the use of the gold jewelry and related digital services ("the Services") offered through the paksoykuyumculuk.com website.
By accessing the Site, using the Services or placing an order, the User declares that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.
2. Definitions
- The Company: Paksoy Kuyumculuk and/or all affiliates authorized by the Company.
- The Site: the paksoykuyumculuk.com website and all digital content and services offered through it.
- The Products: the gold necklaces, earrings, rings, bangles and similar jewelry offered for sale by the Company.
- An Order: the electronic transaction the User carries out on the Site in order to purchase products.
- Personal Data: any information relating to the User by which they can be identified.
3. Scope of the Service
The Company sells gold jewelry through its website. Product descriptions, images, prices and stock information are presented in accordance with the content published on the Site.
The Company makes every effort to provide the infrastructure needed to deliver the services without interruption, securely and without error; the User accepts, however, that temporary interruptions may occur because of technical faults, maintenance work or unforeseen causes.
4. Orders and Formation of the Contract
Placing an Order
- The User selects the products they wish to buy on the Site and adds them to their virtual cart.
- They complete the order process by entering all the required personal and contact details.
- Once the order is confirmed, a binding contract is deemed to have been formed electronically between the User and the Company.
Accuracy of Information
The User is responsible for the accuracy of all the information they provide when placing an order (name, address, phone, email and so on). All liability arising from incorrect or incomplete information rests with the User.
5. Payment Terms
Orders may be paid for by credit card, bank transfer or the other electronic payment methods accepted by the Company. The financial details provided during payment are processed through secure payment systems.
Product prices are the amounts stated on the Site, VAT included. Prices may be changed, the Company reserving the right to update them.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Products are dispatched within 3 business days at the latest from the confirmation of the order. The delivery time may vary depending on the region served by the courier company. The shipping fee is calculated on the basis of the order total and the delivery address.
Risk and title in the products pass to the User at the moment of delivery. In the event of damage, loss or delay during shipping, the courier company concerned must be contacted.
7. Cancellation, Return and Exchange Conditions
Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date, provided they are unused and come with their original packaging, labels and all accessories. For details, see our Return Policy.
8. Warranty and Liability
All products sold have passed through quality control processes and are covered by the warranty given by the manufacturer. Although the Company works diligently to ensure the accuracy of the information on the Site, it accepts no liability for damage arising from incorrect, incomplete or out-of-date information.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All text, graphics, logos, designs, photographs and other content on the Site belong to the Company or to the relevant third parties. The User has no right to copy, distribute, reproduce or commercially exploit this content without the written permission of the Company.
10. User Obligations
The User is obliged to act in accordance with applicable law when using the Site and the Services. The following behavior is strictly prohibited:
- Attempts to compromise system security or to gain unauthorized access
- Behavior that violates the rights of other users or that is disturbing or abusive
- Acts aimed at fraud, forgery or unjust enrichment
11. Privacy and Protection of Personal Data

12. Changes
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms unilaterally. Any changes take effect once they have been announced on the Site. By continuing to use the Site, the User is deemed to have accepted the changes made.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Kahramanmaraş have jurisdiction over any dispute that may arise between the parties.
