This Distance Selling Agreement applies to purchases made through paksoykuyumculuk.com within the framework of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. By confirming your order you are deemed to have accepted the conditions set out below.

2. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement sets out the conditions for the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the Buyer through paksoykuyumculuk.com, whose characteristics and sale price are stated in the order summary.
3. Product Information
For the products sold, the product name, karat (14K or 22K), weight in grams (label weight), current unit price and total amount are clearly shown on the order confirmation page and in the confirmation email. For gold products, the price is calculated on the basis of the live gold price at the moment the order is placed.
4. Payment
- Payment is made through the PayTR infrastructure over an SSL-encrypted connection. Card details are not stored by us.
- A single payment or a maximum of 3 installments is offered. The number of installments and any additional cost are clearly shown at the payment step.
- Once payment is complete, an order confirmation email and an invoice are issued and sent to you.
- Because the gold price fluctuates, payment must be completed within 10 minutes of the payment step starting. If this time is exceeded the order is cancelled and a new order can be created.
5. Delivery
- Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being approved.
- Courier delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. This period may vary depending on the destination and on courier workload.
- Shipping is free on all orders.
- Delivery is made to the address stated on the order form. Requests to change the address must be sent to info@paksoykuyumculuk.com before the parcel is dispatched.
- The tracking number is sent by email once the parcel has been dispatched.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days of the date on which they take delivery of the goods that are the subject of the contract, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
It is sufficient for the notice of withdrawal to reach us through one of the following channels:

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must be returned within 10 days at the latest of the notice reaching us. The return shipping cost is borne by the Buyer.
Once the product has reached us and has been checked, the full amount is refunded within 14 days; the refund is made to the bank card or account used for the payment.
7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
- Where products whose packaging has been opened after delivery cannot be returned for reasons of health and hygiene (jewelry, bracelets and other items worn on or in contact with the body may be considered within this scope)
- Products made to the Buyer's specific request or given a personalized character (custom engraving, custom size and so on)
- Goods which by their nature are liable to deteriorate quickly or to pass their expiry date
8. Product Defects and Warranty
The karat and quality standards of the products comply with the norms of the Turkish Standards Institution (TSE). You may exercise your statutory rights in respect of defects that appear within 2 years of delivery. You can report defective products to info@paksoykuyumculuk.com.
9. Dispute Resolution
For disputes arising from this agreement, the Kahramanmaraş Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Courts have jurisdiction, within the monetary thresholds set by the applicable legislation. Consumers may also file an application through the Consumer Complaint Portal.
10. Formation of the Agreement
This agreement is deemed to have been mutually formed when the Buyer clicks the "Confirm Order" button at the order confirmation step. The order confirmation email constitutes written confirmation that the agreement has been formed.
