Return Policy

1. General Information

At Paksoy Kuyumculuk, customer satisfaction comes first. You can return the products you have purchased within 14 days of the delivery date.

2. Return Conditions

In order for you to make a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unworn and in its original condition
• The product's labels must not have been removed and it must be in its original packaging
• You must have the invoice or proof of purchase
• The product must show no damage, scratches or deformation

3. Return Process

Please follow the steps below to make a return request:

1. Get in touch with us at info@paksoykuyumculuk.com or through our contact form
2. State your order number and the reason for the return
3. Once your return request is approved, a return shipping label and instructions will be sent to you
4. Send the product to the address given, in its original packaging and together with its invoice

Note: products sent to us without a return request will not be accepted.

4. Damaged or Faulty Products

Please check the product when you take delivery of your order. If the product is faulty or damaged, or if the wrong product has arrived, contact us immediately. In such cases we cover the shipping cost and either exchange the product or issue a full refund.

5. Products That Cannot Be Returned

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

• Personalized or made-to-order products (name engraving, custom design and so on)
• Products showing signs of use, damage or deformation
• Products whose original packaging has been opened or whose label has been removed
• Discounted or promotional products (unless stated otherwise)

6. Exchanges

The quickest way to get the product you want is to return the one you have and, once the return has been accepted, place a separate order for the new product. The same process applies to a change of size or model.

7. Refunds

We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return. If your return request is approved, the refund is issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

It may take your bank or credit card company additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved, please contact us at info@paksoykuyumculuk.com.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, in distance selling agreements the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the delivery date of the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
